1. clear communication
2. fixing your data permissions
3. measuring impact not adoption

It is 2025 and iOS 26 still cannot add an MP3 to your music library. Am I the only person who finds this baffling? My music-writing partner and I send MP3s back and forth to each other all the time in between studio sessions but the process to get them on our phones is ludicrously cumbersome.
