I once again disappeared for weeks. It has been incredibly busy, but I successfully opened a new library. Never thought I would get to say that I was the one responsible for the planning and opening of a whole new library (just a small hospital one), but still! I did that!

Starting out today hopeful. After being ghosted by a new therapist and dealing with a terrible psych, I got a new intake with a previous therapist of mine who was great. So maybe it's not so bad. I did make a lot of progress with her before switching.

The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.

Mood is kind of bleh because my ma is in the hospital and has been fighting sepsis, but she's doing as well as can be expected right now.
But at least I get to leave work early and visit her and then flop on my couch for the night.
