If the settlers want to stay where they are, then whatever. They can be Jewish citizens of the Palestinian state and just FAFO in terms of what will happen.

Israelis don't want to be Palestinians, and Palestinians don't want to be Israelis. 2 nations are competing for the region, and merging them seems... unlikely. So, establishing a Palestinian state in the WB and Gaza, withdrawing Israeli settlements from the WB and mutual recognition is the way out.

If someone calls for a two-state solution you should push them to be specific abt why they don’t support one state. It always comes down to one of three things:
- they think Palestinians are subhuman
- they support judeosupremacy
- they’ve actually never really thought about it before

Okay, this might be one of the most evil things I've ever read: the Chief Native Commissioner of Southern Rhodesia arguing that it should be allowed to annex Northern Rhodesia, and then allowed to deport all its black Africans there and replace them with white settlers.

A good example of why direct inflation adjustment of this sort is more deceptive than clarifying when applied over very long stretches of time where consumption patterns are very different.
