I honestly hate it cause its dishonest. mutual aid is mutual. Its not rich giving poor people stuff. Its poor people babysitting each others kids and coordinating work schedules to get mutual benefit.

Damn, I honestly never knew that until now either! I feel like most US history courses/resources act like nothing important happened between the Civil War and WWI besides Gilded Age labor rights disputes and Jim Crow, and none of those presidents are ever discussed at all
