Regarding the idea of the officials "rigging" games for the Chiefs, the following things *are* true.
1) More penalties are generally called on road teams. I believe this is true in all sports.
2) Sometimes, superstars get the benefit of the doubt. Again, in all sports.
Neither is Chiefs-specific.
