1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

One difference between PIT and YYZ is that today, the day after a snow, most of the snow in the trees is still there. We're still in a "winter wonderland". In YYZ, it rarely stays in the trees because it's usually a dryer snow (colder) and the wind just blows it right out.

My wife has been HIV+ for 34 years. She’s alive today b/c work of activists who destigmatized the virus, pushed medical science to adapt & find ways to treat it, & advocated for gov health programs that helped fund her care. The current U.S. regime may want to go back in time, but we won’t let them.

I bought my first ever RSD release, & while I am very happy w/the music, with the record itself, I am disappointed. It has a factory supplied scratch. My local record store only got one copy, so I am not about to burden them with taking it back. It's not their fault.

What a rip off! We made similar (and called it monster spray) for our kids when they were afraid at bedtime (10 yrs ago) of the monsters out to get them. We'd give their room a little spritz, and they were out. 😴
