It's kinda heartbreaking to see so many artists being like "can I post about OCs and not just fanart?", "can I talk about other stuff?", "can I post often?" because the other hellsite literally punished you for doing...normal things you do as an artist - as a person, even.

you don't suck at art. you're learning. you aren't an awful writer, you're still understanding how things work. You aren't horrible, you see the places in your work that have space for improvement. Even if you think your art isn't the best, you still created something and you should be proud of that

Artists it's okay to not crack out a masterpiece every single piece or honestly not at all. If you wanna just draw chill & casual that's okay too. Please just try not to put down your own work because its okay to be learning Your work isn't bad, you just see how it can be better & that's growth 💙✨

wayyyy too many instances of main characters going from poc to white because leadership/execs are too afraid of the responsibility of having a non white main character and everything that goes into that. you can’t allow your vision to change because of potential backlash.
