Beau is afraid is a work of art about intergenerational trauma. I don't think it's a movie I can recommend, but for me it's unbelievably healing watching a 3-hour panic attack and internalized anxiety.

I saw Oppenheimer in an IMAX twice. The second time a young couple smuggled in a jar of some sour smelling alcoholic beverage and the girlfriend knocked it over. The boyfriend was a jerk and passive aggressive to her the rest of the movie. I'm guessing 4DX movies are pretty much the same experience
