We took advantage of an online survey conducted during the Covid-19 crisis (ComCor), which yielded a data set of millions of words, with ground-truth labels for each individual. We propose that like-minded methods may speed up our understanding of future pandemics and public health responses.

First preprint from my PhD is now online! We show that deep learning can recognise modes of action of antibiotics directly from brightfield images of bacteria. 🦠
