We're half a decade into studies finding that improving airflow in classrooms will reduce disease transmission enormously, and that bleaching surfaces etc. does very little. And yet nothing changes. Waves of flu and colds wash over schools, and the schools pretend it's an act of God.

This is the second article I've read lately that takes a science based approach to exercise for people after age 50. I hope this is a trend.

The new report from Phil Weiser's Colorado Attorney General's office says that Broomfield Colorado has the highest rate of domestic violence fatalities of all 12 urban locations in Colorado. The rate of 2.6 fatalities in a city of less than 100,000 people is because 2 people were killed.

I stopped buying from Amazon and Home Depot after the despot election in 2024. I boycotted Target for months over Easter, and now will do so again. Next time someone complains about oligarchs, highlight that the consumers who give them their money are responsible.
