I was too complimentary to Liverpool last year coping with how injury riddled Arsenal were.
This year though? I’m so sick of most of Liverpool’s online fan population that these results keep hitting like crack

Since it’s been a year or so since the Arcane finale and now that I have S1 and S2 physically…its definitely time for the marathon watch of it that will 100% make or break whether I think its still peak or not

I think it’s easy in hindsight to say “Arsenal packed it in to defend” but with the best defense in Europe recently…wouldn’t you also feel comfortable setting up that way?

This is the part that bothers me. Arsenal do not go into games with the intent of only scoring off of set pieces. They force teams into these low blocks and create chances which become corners/free kicks/which become goals.

Watching the game now but not spending time posting, however I had to note (30th minute) the overarching comment from the announcer that our set piece prowess “masks a broader lack of creativity”.
It’s really brain-dead stuff.
