I just finished watching Closet Land (1991) on laserdisc. This is the final, and most powerful speech on how we cannot turn a blind eye when people are disappeared, especially those who speak out. Apparently, it didn’t resonate with Americans at the time. But, it sure as hell resonates now!

I love that so many people across the world are protesting on behalf of Gaza, but I'm going to be a downer and say I wish we were organizing general strikes, setting up networks, etc with this energy instead.

It's pretty clear that they don't care what we have to say, so we got to move smart.

We're glad to see Stephen Colbert responsibly testing when he felt sick and cancelling his in-person show due to a positive Covid test!

We hope he takes time to rest, and considers implementing more Covid protections into his studio shows after this.
