She also used singular they/them

If Jane Austen jumped off a bridge, would you jump off a bridge too?

YES
Jane Austen used 'however' at the beginning of a sentence, and so can you.

I am really sick of all these pieces about the DOGE boys who uncritically and unthinkingly repeat the claim that they're "geniuses."

We have to stop regurgitating out the label of "genius" exclusively for a certain type of special white little boy.
We are also mythologizing his brilliance because he fits the mold of the singular boy genius tech stereotype. We need to stop and question that too.

I only slept four hours because I’m so excited and relieved. Guys, I highly recommend impeaching your unlawful presidents. This dawn seems brighter. The flowers seem prettier. The unknown future rolls toward us. I face it, for the first time, with a sense of hope. Because if a machine, a Terminator,

whenever I think of Korea, I think "World's Largest Baby Exporter," but it's still wild to see this headline. deepest gratitude to the generations of Korean adoptees who spoke up and organized and fought so that this truth could (finally) be recognized.
"The commission identified many cases where the identities & family information of children were 'lost, falsified or fabricated' & where children were sent abroad w/out legal consent... S. Korea’s export of babies peaked in the 1980s... Children were 'sent abroad like luggage,' the commission said"

It's right there. I text att pratas om. Det de annars muntligt sagt till varandra går nu att ta på.

One of the things that really bothers me about the cultishness around an author's fame is that it is elevating the wrong person. In the relationship between a reader and the story, a reader and the text, the author *should not matter*. Only the reader matters. The "rockstar author" thinking is toxic
