I once saw a tech startup that said it would guess how much money a prospective romantic partner has based on their social profiles and I thought that was as good an approximation as any for what capitalism considers the good and bad person machine

I’m pretty sure Elon is recycling/reskinning technology we’ve had for a while for this demo, I dated someone who did humanoid robotics and I distinctly remember him describing this human-machine interface as possible and often used in research in the 2010s. Would fit Elon’s modus operandi 🙃

I think favorites exist as a subset of bookmarks for links you access more often! So a bookmark might have a true/false property on it like favorite and then get sorted to the front of either the top bookmarks bar or sidebar/start page quick links

The style is unmistakable: satellite zoom-ins, black & white wireframes, and red-textured houses - a new visual language of war.Our analysis of 43 official IDF videos found recycled 3D environments, spatial inaccuracies, and assets lifted from unrelated artists and institutions.We traced over 30 unique assets to Washington-based 3D creator Ian Hubert, who makes bespoke models created for his sci-fi project Dynamo Dream, available to his Patreon subscribers.

Models of parking lots, antennas, + pipes were repurposed as Hamas and Iranian military sites

Fascinating work here tracing how the IDF recycled 3D assets from a cyberpunk sci-fi art project, the Scottish Maritime Museum and elsewhere to populate its widely-seen models of supposed enemy locations in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran. One of the most infamous, the alleged underground Hamas command center at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, used to justify an unprecedented assault on the biggest medical center in Gaza, was actually an animation the IDF had used the previous year, saying at the time it was a tunnel beneath a UN school.

Idk you can’t let your transition be government by desirability. That’s outside you. But I started transitioning in my late 20s at 5’3” and I don’t wish I was born a man. I’m happy for the life experiences growing up as a female and I still feel my allegiance is with women as an oppressed class 🤷
