Black rice water for healthy hair. 2 tbsp black rice, 1 tbsp basmati rice, 20 oz. Water. Soak in a covered container overnight. Use within 24 hrs. Strain water. When in the bath soak shampooed hair with the rice water evenly. Massage into scalp leave in 15 min. Rinse completely & condition as usual.
