I have a res judicata joke, but you’ve probably already heard it
I have a joke about consideration, but you have to tell me one too

I have to admit that I have no idea what’s going with Drake right now, and at this point, I’m too afraid to ask

I haven’t had a chance to read the entire order, but based on the quotes in the article, seems like a pretty reasonable decision by the court.

I’m sure we’ll continue to see cases like this as AI becomes more prevalent, particularly with students using it in school, but I have some thoughts… 🧵
School did nothing wrong when it punished student for using AI, court rules
Student “indiscriminately copied and pasted text,” including AI hallucinations.

This is so true. Support the law students in your life. This time of year is really difficult when all you want to do is relax and enjoy time with family, but you have to start getting ready for final exams
Also, as I say every year: if you have a family member who's a 1L & they say "I can't be there for Thanksgiving; I have exams," it is not an excuse. Exams start right after Tgiving and they are BRUTAL. Trust me, they'd rather be holidaying with you. Just give them hugs & leftovers.
I promise my 1Ls the first week of class that, by the end of the semester, Bluebooking will be automatic. In our last class, I show them half a dozen cites from their very first citation exercise, and they knew the answers within 25 seconds. I may or may not smugly throw up my hands. 1/

Interesting read, but not surprising at all to see how ingrained AI is becoming in software engineering
AI Writes Over 25% Of Code At Google—What Does The Future Look Like For Software Engineers?
With AI now writing over 25% of Google’s code, the role of software engineers is evolving. Here's how AI impacts tech jobs and what engineers can expect.

Whew, this was tough to narrow down. But I’ll go with:

- God of War Ragnarök
- Gladiator
- Star Wars
Hey BlueSky folks… what are your top three favorite scores for film, TV, or games?

I’ll start! These are the three I’m feeling tonight…

- Conan the Barbarian by Basil Poledouris
- Star Trek The Motion Picture by Jerry Goldsmith
- Close Encounters of the Third Kind by John Williams

Possible AI hallucination in AI and misinformation expert’s court declaration supporting anti-AI-misinformation law?

Yikes.

Hopefully there is some follow up that explains what happened here because I’m very curious

I’m sure we can find a lawyer to represent Lily pro bone-o because she pawsitively did not do anything wrong
This is Lily. She's been accused of drinking her mom's slushie. Will not be taking any questions at this time. 14/10
