No clue how this happened, but the deleted timeline appears to be unrecoverable. I've tricked DaVinci Resolve into opening old timelines before, but none of my old tricks seem to work anymore. Gotta rebuild from scratch. The one bit of good news is that I only lost *15* mins of timeline, not 20.

There's an ominous little marker sitting right where the timeline disappeared. I don't remember adding it. And I *definitely* don't remember deleting everything to the right of it.

I should probably clarify that, since this is an installment of my Saurian Cinema series, I'm mostly going to be talking about slurpasaurs that were specifically meant to represent dinosaurs.

The video is a complete history of slurpasaurs: when filmmakers used to just plop a living reptile down into frame (occasionally with some prosthetics glued to their bodies) and call it a dinosaur.

I can see how this film would blow an 8-year-old's mind, but I couldn't dial in for more than a few mins at a time. It's way too episodic. Almost no scene leads into the next one. Problems are resolved spontaneously. I find the goofy details charming, but there's no cohesive whole.
