Somebody said on Threads Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer should fly out to Portland & do some tourism/dining/go to Powell's, & look at the ICE protests with people in frog & Pickle costumes & tea parties. Basically highlight the absurdity of this horrible invasion overreach.

I'm gonna give Gov Kotek (who I support) & Mayor Wilson (who I'm still deciding) thanks for sticking to a good message that a little protest never hurt anyone & the last thing we need is the military here starting fights. Yeah, stuff might still happen but the more people saying that, the better.

Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.
