Oh-my-god. It looks absolutely brilliant! Either 1: they won't make it. 2: they do make it, but it looks nothing like this. Or 3: They make it, it looks like this, but it's an absurd price. The dealers will be rubbing their hands right about now.

So in places like Phoenix they build roofs over parking lots, because it keeps cars cool.
We should do the same with buildings in those places, a second (wider) roof several feet above the other roof. Separate sun-heated surfaces from the building you want to keep cool.

In a city known for cars, and on a day with 100 degree heat, Phoenix was rocking when the South Central Extension of Valley Metro Rail opened just a few weeks ago!
There were tons of folks at the three separate celebrations, and trains were packed for hours after opening of people checking it out!
