Our failure as an industry to grasp how little people understood the difference between commentary and news is one of the biggest reasons trust in the industry has eroded. A network head seemingly not understanding this distinction is troubling.
News is not a “daily conversation.”

Day 3: They did not put my bag on its flight last night. Or at least American Airline’s absolutely awful customer service can’t tell if they did.
Update: It did indeed go to the wrong airport lololol
Day 2: My bag is in limbo after an airline swap and 3 flight changes. They think it will probably go to the right destination. This airport is a prison.
