This will affect Tom Emmer's constituents, along with Ilhan Omar's.
100% thug theater, but it's hard to see how this will go well for DHS/ICE/CBP.

Otherwise apolitical Americans will not take kindly to delayed flights and missed connections just because masked agents want to check the IDs that both airline staff AND TSA have already checked.

The Telegraph has an opinion piece calling for Britain to leave NATO. Crazy times.
Britain "cannot stay in a club that is now openly gouging its member-states’ territorial integrity. We would disgrace ourselves to remain part of a racket."

And most importantly, public awareness is building and people are exercising their democratic muscle—protesting & building community awareness. As President Biden used to say, it doesn’t take all of us, it just takes enough of us.
I disagree with the suggestion in the NYT story today that rule of law is not working to stop Trump

Yes the "Trump judges" have been disproportionately bad, but the overall win rate of over 60% or >320 wins is still EXTRAORDINARY

And the wins in the most important areas have been even bigger👇

As daft as he is, this sad thing realized he had become a global laughing stock when he extorted FIFA for a make-believe peace prize.

Now he’s trying something even more pathetic…extorting Machado for a hand-me-down Nobel prize.
Trump tells Hannity he will accept Machado’s Nobel Prize when she gives it to him.

So embarrassing.

Trump has gone completely mad.
Trump: "I have determined that, for the Good of our Country, especially in these very troubled and dangerous times, our Military Budget for the year 2027 should not be $1 Trillion Dollars, but rather $1.5 Trillion. This will allow us to build the 'Dream Military' that we have long been entitled to."

Amazes me how finely tuned the freaks are to anything that expresses a society's need for us to take care of each other. You can *feel* their dads beating it into them.
I think Mamdani really hit a nerve with the reactionaries this time. Absolute crack pipe take to say that the sacraments of the Church are individualistic. Not a single one of the sacraments is individualistic. Hell is full of individuals though.

This is the tip of the iceberg.

As detailed in 2020 bestseller Proof of Corruption, Trump used Erik Prince, Rudy Giuliani and a megadonor to launch clandestine negotiations in Venezuela that would've effectuated some version of the deal. America is being lied to every which way.

New in PN: The blame for alleged fraud in Minnesota belongs to conservatives

"Republican policies have created a perfect vicious cycle: Privatize services, let private companies run amok, then declare that the government is the problem. And the Trump administration is turbo-charging it."
