We all got told to use less water for the environment, which is again a good thing. We had our water bill earlier this year and it was much more than the previous year, even though we had, in fact, used less water than the previous year. How did this happen...?

I'm so utterly sick of the state of the utilities companies in the UK. Years ago we were told to use less for the environment, which felt like the right thing to do, but then they got less money, so they whack the standing charges up because they have to get their money, don't they. We can't win.

It would be too lengthy to go into details, but listening to Weezer's 'In The Garage' in 1996 was definitely the starting point to me receiving my autism diagnosis in 2022.

Jesus Christ, I'm so glad I didn't pre-order this. The lack of hype in recent Directs made me think something was up, plus the lack of a CE.
Just feels dated in a terrible way with the constant sidekick quips and commentary. I crave solitude in a Metroid game. Feels like one of its core pillars.

A travelling fair used to visit the town where I grew up every year. One afternoon when I was young I went with my Dad, went on some rides, then played one of the stall games. For some reason it's a core memory that I had a choice of prizes: A classic goldfish in a bag, or a gold bust of Elvis.
Like you I've seen all the pics people post here abt the steady increase of tacky gold crap he keeps adding to the oval office. But somehow it wasn't until I saw this picture that it just hit me. What the actual fuck. Like a Vegas whorehouse.
