If US Congress doesn't hold removal hearings for FCC director Carr, they'll continue to prove to be feckless. Kimmel's speech is protected. ABC chickened out when Carr threatened them over political speech, which is a direct violation of the first amendment. As for ABC, piracy is civil disobedience.
