Lover of renfaires, anime watcher, baker, animal lover, and fan of amateur gardener. I love Stardew Valley, and Don't Starve.
Just finished City Of Girls by Elizabeth Gilbert. I could barely put this one down. It was so easy to fall in love with Vivian, and the way the characters interacted with her through her life and experiences was so interesting. I absolutely hated some characters by the end.

In some cases, photos seemed to be flagged for removal simply because their file included the word “gay,” including service members with that last name and an image of the B-29 aircraft Enola Gay, which dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, during World War II.
War heroes, military firsts and the Enola Gay are among 26,000 Pentagon images flagged for removal in DEI purge
References to a World War II Medal of Honor recipient, the Enola Gay aircraft that dropped an atomic bomb on Japan and women and minorities are among the tens of thousands of photos and online posts…

If you're someone who naturally wakes up early and then struggles to do things after work because you're sleepy at like 8pm, I highly recommend just working out at 4am.

I've literally been unable to make myself work out after work, but before work???? Now I can be tired on company time. 💯

I need this Friday to be quick so I can lay on the ground face down and forget the week I just had.

I miss traversing vineyards. These grapes look like they could be a screen saver. These books would be much more fun to read with a glass of wine under a cloudless sky.

I don’t support this nonsense because I had uncensored history books growing up and I READ THEM.

Just finished The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store by James McBride.

It was enthralling to follow the cast of Jewish immigrants and African Americans in the 1930s through the narrative as we unwind the history of the small community of Chicken Hill in Pottstown, PA and overcome racism and bigotry.

Found a toy that I got her around Halloween, and honestly, it's clear she loves it... and has plans.

Everyone has a lyric in a song that fills them with joy, even if they don't listen to the song that often. Mine is Mr. Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra

"Hey you with the pretty face
Welcome to the human race
A celebration, Mr. Blue Sky's up there waitin'
And today is the day we've waited for"

Trump just undid the only good thing GWB did in his entire 8 years.
Many sudden and shocking health care developments this week. But this was a big one: The Trump administration on Friday paused funding for PEPFAR, the famed program to fight HIV/AIDS around the world.

Funds for fight against HIV/AIDS paused in Trump aid freeze
The President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, or PEPFAR, is credited with saving 25 million lives worldwide and has long enjoyed bipartisan support.

It's weird migrating to a new app. It feels like being the new kid introduced to a class that has already been together for a few months.
