@pwcgov.bsky.social Last week an animal control officer stopped at Frank Walker’s house. He can back soon after the officer left. For an hour afterwards, dogs were screaming in the backyard. We don’t know what he was doing to the poor dogs. We don’t even know if they are all still alive.
