I ended up watching nearly 40 anime shows released in 2025, more than any other year. I gave more shows a shot even if they didn't pique my interest initially and was rewarded for it with lots of interesting/good shows. These aren't the best shows for 2025, just my favorite shows of 2025.

I've had my (3) Granblue Fantasy accounts since 2017. There's no way I'm starting over just to play on Steam. As other commenters have said, this is likely Mobage not wanting to play nice with Steam. This is literally 10 years too late for me but maybe it gets some new players for global.

I've had my (3) Granblue Fantasy accounts since 2017. There's no way I'm starting over just to play on Steam. As other commenters have said, this is likely Mobage not wanting to play nice with Steam. This is literally 10 years too late for me but maybe it gets some new players for global.

I'm such a slow reader these days. It took 2 weeks to get through Vol 1 & 3 of Banner of the Stars (I skipped 2 b/c I don't care for it's story) but I'm finally getting to the non-anime adapted volumes. One thing I was reminded of was how lonely Jint's story is in these first 3 books.

Not gonna lie, those MVP awards shaped like achievements are kinda of neat. But you can tell they only had a couple of weeks to design a trophy and awards.

I logged into my JP account to find that they gave out an SSR Support card ticket as a thank you for winning the award even though it was for the global version of the game. Logging into my global account shows they also awarded the same thing.

Both of my JP accounts got lucky with the new Oguri Cap unit only needing 60-70 draws to get the character. I wish my luck on the global server was always this good.
Oh yeah, apparently the global version won Mobile Game of the Year at some award show or something so that's umazing.

I think Cygames is banning a bunch of IP addresses from VPNs again for Uma Musume. Almost all of the IPs on my paid VPN have stopped working for the game recently. It's probably due to a lot of global players wanting to play the JP version and Cygames really doesn't want that.

I got caught up with all the translated chapters of Danmachi: Sword Oratoria and I give it two thumbs up. It reminds me of "A Certain Scientific Railgun" in that it's a side story of another series but one that I enjoyed more than the main line series. It really deserved a Season 2 for the anime.
