I've tracked death by suicide of Trans youth in the UK since 2017. Leia's is the 25 death of Trans youth age 18 & under.

- Feb 2017 to November 2020 9 deaths.

Following Bell v Tavi (Dec 2020) & removal of access to healthcare

- December 2020 to June 2024 16 deaths.

Our Government is culpable.

At the time of her death she was waiting for a first appointment for Trans healthcare. The coroner's prevention of future deaths report found the "wait for treatment" was a factor in her death & that the risk remains for others. www.judiciary.uk/prevention-o...

My heart grieves for Leia Dorothy Pandora Sampson-Grimbly.

"Leia was 17 years old at the time she died a beautiful person inside and out, complex, kind, fair, intelligent, determined, dedicated and talented with a great future ahead of her and greatly loved by all who knew her".

Oslo University Hospital accused of illegal research on 1,700 children after data which was collected for quality assurance of healthcare services has been mined for research study without consent of children or their families.
