rereading a novel from the 50s set in the 30s and i know this passage did not hit as hard when i first read it in the 90s as it does now

A small detail that highlights how peculiar this administration is are all the links in these kind of releases that go to news sources. No government data, research, or FBI dossiers. Its just Fox News, quotes taken out of context, and some orgs that seem less than reliable
