I an not going go lie about my beliefs. These included:
✅ Conflating nonbinary with "does not have medical needs" is enbyphobic.
✅ No doctor or therapist should be within 500 feet of your transition without consent.
✅ Anyone and everyone should have full bodily autonomy.
✅ Transmisogyny is bad.

Oh, right - add as much salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (or your preferred flavorings) as you want. There's already some salt in the canned goods, so go light on that. I usually do about a tablespoon each of the onion and garlic.

If you're relying on a food bank for the first time, you can bake one can of Cream of Mushroom, one bag of rice (cook it first), one can of chicken, and if you can get it, some broccoli and shredded cheese to make a casserole that will make 9-10 servings.
