Jetzt wäre ein guter Moment, damit angefangen zu haben - oder notfalls damit anzufangen.
Mal sehen, wie lange es dauert, bis sich diese Gesellschaft zumindest die Frage erlaubt, unter welchen Umständen eigentlich US-Truppen im eigenen Land eher ein Sicherheitsrisiko sind als eine Sicherheitsgarantie. (Hilft natürlich nichts, man kriegt sie ja nicht raus).
All das, was in der neuen US-Sicherheitsstrategie steht, war schon Anfang des Jahres in großer Klarheit erkennbar:
