A common theme among clients lately: they realize how hard they subconsciously and consciously work to avoid feeling emotions. Instead, they reflectively hold/stuff/clench them in their body.

When we work together to unwind them during a session, they feel calmer, safer, and have less pain.

OMG. Hope for humanity.
BREAKING: By a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court LIFTS its hold on a lower court order compelling the Trump administration to resume nearly $2 billion in foreign aid funding. The funds MUST be disbursed. Roberts and Barrett join the liberals.

Obviously, this is huge. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

The Democrats on the House Science Committee have set up a website to collect stories from fired federal employees, anonymously if desired. Please amplify. (This helps the lawyers establish standing for bringing legal cases against the administration!)

I cannot express this enough.

Move your body A LOT.

Don’t let that anger/anxiety/frustration stay locked in your nervous system.

Then they win.

Please take care of yourself.

Autism is often overlooked in girls.

• Early research focused only on boys, leading to diagnostic criteria often missed in girls.
• Girls learn early to mimic social behaviors, making their autism harder to recognize.

Vaccines Do NOT Cause Autism

• Dozens of studies across millions of children confirm no connection between vaccines and autism.
•The original study that suggested a link was later retracted and repeatedly debunked, and the author lost his medical license.

Absolutely! 💪
You may wonder why altCDC is so political. Public health is as much about the disease as it is about the society in which that disease occurs. We are battling an admin that wants to dismantle US public health, sow misinformation, devalue science, and cripple our ability to respond to health threats.

Autism is not a mental disorder, but it increases the likelihood of experiencing mental health challenges.

Common co-occurring conditions include:
• Anxiety (social, generalized, sensory-related)
• Depression (especially after masking for long periods)
• ADHD
