Judging by the Box for our 10 year old Christmas Tree and its 15+ year old predecessor still in our loft, Christmas trees have never had the word Christmas on them. The state of these gammons, saw one absolute weapon moaning that mince pies didn't have the word Christmas on them 👀

Rewatching Braindead because why not? I genuinely think Tim Balme here is up there with Bruce Campbell in Evil Dead 2, he's like a combination of Ash and Frank Spencer. Should've been a genre star, maybe it came too late i.e. the 90s slump or too broadly comedic.

I can't really fathom how people aren't entertained by this film. When it gets going its so much fun.

Rewatched Top Gun Maverick for the first time since release. Its total entertainment and gets away with being so cheesy and corny, it just hits all the feels. I don't know if we'll ever see anything as purely thrilling as the aerial combat scenes, even watching at home my heart was in my throat.

Hopes that Sisu 2 might cling on for a second week with some showings its feasible to attend have been dashed. But the good news is I can go and see many films that have been out for weeks already or Elf or The Polar Express. A big slap in the face with a fish for whoever plans this shit.

This drives me absolutely fucking mental. I watch Disney+ on two TVs both in my house, account not shared with anyone. I have to contact them multiple times a year to reset. It sucks I tell thee.
