I recently re-read AGIT and noticed that Dan rejected being called “Danny” (by both Vlad and Clockwork). He didn’t want to be defined by that name anymore, which makes it pretty ironic that, at the end of the comic, Danny calls him “Danny,” and Dan doesn’t deny it in that moment.
