Taxation without Representation. Indiana should not pay federal tax then… Sounds like a Win Win for Indiana. Spend their tax dollars on Roads, Bridges and education. Maybe all States should do that sense the Republican Held Congress and the Bed Bug that infests our Oval Office have done nothing.
