Since the "Kennedy Centre" no longer 'officially' exists, artists who'd previously signed contracts to perform there should be able to back out of their contracts without penalty.
Next year's artists signed contracts to perform at "The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts." Since a venue with that name no longer exists, and one with a very division name many artists would not wish to be associated with does, they should be able to get out of their contracts.
