Going on a multi-page screed about George Soros in a case where he's not at all a party is... not great, Jerry.

And, yes, people are absolutely going to point out that you're behavior is well beyond what's proper for a federal judge. This is not an effective way to get ahead of that criticism.

OK, I can't find a good GIF version, so you'll just have to imagine Jackson Bentley stumbling into the aftermath of Lawrence of Arabia's attack on the Turkish column saying "Jesus wept"
NEWS: During a hearing in federal court in VA, prosecutors confirmed that the operative indictment in the case against James Comey was never shown to or voted on by the entire grand jury before it was presented in open court.

Defense counsel argued that’s a complete bar to further prosecution

Trouble with calling this out as a double standard is that Kelly et al. can turn it around. “Why do people believe children can consent to gender affirming care but not sex with grown men?”

These are two very different things. It’s not a good comparison.
Teenagers are old enough to have sex with middle aged men. They are not old enough to be trans.

Because I figure all of my followers deserve a good laugh. Texas is apparently now part of the Greater Antilles.
So you admit you don't know what you are talking about. Also you apparently don't know that Texas is on the Caribbean sea.

He was arrested and charged with 10 counts of unlawful distribution of sexually explicit AI images under LA Rev Stat § 14:73.14, but I guess you can also call that "nothing" if you want to farm more outraged responses to your skeet...
A middle school boy created deepfake AI CSAM of his fellow classmate, a 13 year old girl. The girl pleaded with the school but they did nothing and instead put her on a bus with the perpetrator. She ended up hitting him and was expelled but nothing happened to the boy.

I bet this is part of the reason trust and safety is twitchy about “threats” right now. Probably tired of dealing with the Feds on cases like this.
Alas, the account has been suspended, so it's not possible to find the context that post supposedly appears in. Read in isolation how are you supposed to know who the target of that "threat" even is?

They're back with an actual indictment on this case and it's... pretty damn weak.

That's it. One count of 18 USC 875(c)

Megyn Kelly supports NAMBLA.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

The British government admits it is now monitoring VPNs use by UK residents. Regulator Ofcom has contracted with an AI-powered surveillance service to detect the number of citizens using VPNs to evade the Online Safety Act.

The UK tech minister has said a VPN ban is on the table.

@akivamcohen.bsky.social, would you be interested in the DOJ guy prosecuting this clearly protected speech under a patently ridiculous theory?

TIL I apparently shouldn't be familiar with the Annunaki.

"Done my research." These fucking people.
the beauty of free speech, while we have it, is that I can say whatever I like. you can disagree or agree, matters not to me. I've done my research. Do you even know the term Annunaki? I doubt it. what makes sense is that there was artificial insemination. A magical virgin birth? makes zero sense.

Pretty sure this is heresy under every remaining strain of Christianity, trinitarian or not. Certainly 99% of them if not.
Jesus was not human. I hate to rip apart anyone's belief that he was but he was artificially inseminated into Mary, with her consent. So we don't really know what he looked like besides the one line in Genesis? He was half Annunaki. Dig deeper than the Old Testament or Talmud. the story is out there
