There's a random encounter you can stumble across. They're burning a cross in the woods and you can just pull up and massacre them, it gives ya good karma too!

There's also a side mission where you can burn all the belongings of a former slave catcher and take him out too if ya want.

If I remember correctly, you just run into them. It wasn't a main mission. They were just fucking around in the woods. I had a video of it, but of course Xbox deleted my captures.
