A rhetorical question. If the Belarusian opposition is the same as the Russian one, then why was the opposition in the Baltic states, Georgia, and many others as weak as the Belarusian one from 1945 to 1991? Perhaps institutions and the collapse of ineffective ones matter more than "muscle"?

The New York Times (for all their faults in reporting on Ukraine) were the ones who broke the story last year. The UAE built a hospital in Chad. But, inside the hospital is a secret arms supply base, which is used to send weapons to the RSF in Sudan.
