As it now seems likely I'll be here for my career (since basically the only thing that will get me out is a job with tenure), I'm settling in to building what will be a rather mind bending collection over the next few decades. Assuming universities survive.

Just four recent acquisitions I'm moving off my desk. Some Latin Arabic type from Rome; Engraved bio of John of the Cross; Martini's history of China; and another of the only known copies of a unique San Francisco Chinese imprint from the 1880s (probably the most important yet).

Looking at some mid-Tokugawa movable type, and absolutely chuffed to see something fun. Our printed pre-printed lined paper before printing the text, leading to some funny registration bloopers. Usually the lines and text are all a single form. Not so here

The thing to do is then unpack what jocks would say to make Trump impotent. But if we talk about his body, his weasel eyes, etc. then we alienate our own base as well, since we're sensitive about being unathletic, misshapen goblins.

See the problem is, when the left points out Trump is a rambling idiotic madman, all the right hears is nerd voice. When the right, however, says Biden is stumbling, they get the satisfaction of making fun of nerds for failing at our own area of alleged proficiency.

D gets you Swana, East Asia, Austria and NZ (i.e..colonial), there is only one answer here. H is compelling since you get NYC, but vitally short of good South Indian and Indonesian. I am not sure about Latin America. Food in the region, but you get Korea so there will be good tacos.
