Exactly, non-profit developers are also developers... The role of public policy should be to give them a regulatory advantage, but more importantly to correct their *huge disadvantage* in financing since they can't just, like, borrow money from banks like other developers can.

En effet... pour le design des systèmes (surtout 36 St NE qui est une horreur urbanistique de première classe) on en reparlera, mais c'est quand même rapide, fiable, pas chèr, et comme d'autres on souligné pas besoin d'aller en Alberta, ça existe déjà à Kitchener-Waterloo!

C'est assez épouvantable quand tu y penses: je suis un dinosaure de la génération X, et Edmonton et Calgary ont été capable d'opérer des SLR comme du monde pendant ma vie au complet ou presque. Il n'y a pas que des mauvais politiciens (comme moi) et du pétrole qui viennent de l'Alberta...
