The "radios" -- RFE/RL, VOA, RFA, etc. -- have been part of the American structure for many years. And one man -- one antipathetic man, the president -- can just turn them off? Abolish them? I'm surprised. Don't we have checks and balances and all that junior-high Civics stuff?
