Whilst the memories are still fresh, time for some (probably rambling) reflections on the inaugural DinoCon. There are so many people I’d like to mention by name, but I’m terrified of forgetting someone. But some are simply too important not to mention, so I’ll begin with them (1/n)

MASSIVE thank you to the amazing organisers, speakers, artists, stall holders and fellow attendees at @dinoconuk.bsky.social! It has been an amazing two days - my brain is at capacity! I have come away having learned lots, inspired to learn more, and generally in awe of the artworks. #dinoconUK

@dinoconuk.bsky.social was A.MA.ZING! Paleo peeps are creative, kind and so generous with their knowledge. I could barely keep up taking notes of all the interesting paleontology/zoology/fabrication information! 🎨🦖 #paleoart #dinosaurs #dinoconuk

The first DinoCon @dinoconuk.bsky.social went off with a bang. A bunch of dinosaur/prehistoric life related talks, stalls and activities to keep the palaeonerd community out of mischief for a weekend. Thanks to everyone for making it enjoyable and hope to see you again next year!
Making friends with Big Al outside the Great Hall. Darren takes centre stage to kick start the first of several great talks at DinoCon. A whole heap of DinoCon attendees in the pub.
