I'd strongly recommend that you only let your kids join organisations that respect gender and sexual diversity and promote kids being able to be kids, no exceptions.

Opinion that can expose me as a fraud: sprints, as a concept, are not useful for anyone except management. For delivery teams they are not even a useful fiction. Maybe if you're a dev, sizing all your tasks, a sprint plays some role in planning. But outside of that, nah. #agiledelivery
