Oh, for goodness sake! Kristi Noem was here in Portland yesterday! Roll tape! She was on top of the ICE building proclaiming that the guy in the chicken suit was “so uneducated.” Gleaming windows of the buildings nearby. Not a sheet of plywood in sight. Blue skies, 80 degrees!
