Austria & Germany both have a way of perfect negative selection. Once you‘re there, you‘ll be stuck in a buerocratic system,
Not allowing to work, living in temporary shelters etc. After 2-3 years the most qualified people will be burnt out. It would be easy to adress these issues: treat them as
