If Republicans hate the for-profit insurance industry (that we had to accomodate, just to barely pass long-overdue reforms like guaranteed coverage despite pre-existing conditions) so much, then maybe it's time to start talking about Medicare for All again.

I disagree with 'lost on trans rights' but Sarah McBride does make some very good points about the tendency of (some of) the extremely online left to play purity police, which pisses people off.
