Oregon National Guard Adjutant General, General Gronewold says if they are federalized, that he will advise the Title 10 commander to utilize National Guard Troops to PROTECT protesters at ICE facilities. This is the right answer.

"Full force" isn't a legal or military term. Trump doesn't say what troops he intends to send — National Guard, regular Army, Marines, etc. He's watching TV, got angry, and vomited out a post without any thought. It's absolutely no way to run our military or treat our troops.
