We should vote as soon as possible on legislation to explicitly deny President Trump the authorization to drag us into a conflict in Middle East that could get countless Americans killed and waste trillions of dollars.

I was briefed on the intelligence last week.
Iran posed no imminent threat of attack to the United States. Iran was not close to building a deliverable nuclear weapon. The negotiations Israel scuttled with their strikes held the potential for success.

Bernie Sanders did in fact find out about the attack on Iran during his speech in Tulsa. This is that gut wrenching moment when he stopped his speech and announced Trump’s post then informed the audience that we are now at war with Iran. Sanders made clear it’s unconstitutional.
