Last week, ICE arrested and separated a father and son after a routine check-in. Six-year-old Yuanxin had just enrolled in the first grade at an elementary school in Astoria. Now he's in custody, alone. ICE won't say where. This cruelty serves no one. It must end.

Big lift today! Lat pulldowns were a superset composed of 5 reps with a wide grip, a close grip, and an underhanded grip. Maxed out the Back Extension machine too! Dumbell rows felt great. Hit some pull-up negatives later.

Tacked on 20k steps, 10 minutes of cardio (stair climbers) and a set of push-ups later (1 x 10, 2 x 8)
Hit the 50s today on my db incline press. Feeling good. I was able to bang out 3 sets of 7 (with a rest pause on the final set to push past failure) and a drop set of 6 reps at 40s. Push day is always fun, especially when I'm making progress ❤️❤️❤️

Leg day tomorrow, volume is the goal. Hack squats and leg presses are the primary compounds followed by the typical isolation exercises—leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises,hip abduction/adduction. Fun times ahead!
