This is an excellent point. Nationwide injunctions were fine when they limited Biden's power. But when they're a threat to their boy's power and their Christofascist agenda, they must rule against them. Roberts, Thomas, Alito are corruption and hypocrisy on full display.
Such a good point on SCOTUS hypocrisy when it comes to Trump vs Biden:
They let a nationwide injunction kill Biden’s student loan relief when they had a chance to rule on it.
